Aaron Whigham
Founder & Managing Director
Founder and Managing Director, Aaron Whigham, brings over a decade of experience in business strategy, higher-ed, and community service. His journey from Pittsburgh to Tulsa has been marked by impactful change efforts, culminating in the creation of New U. Aaron's passion for community service is the heartbeat of our program, turning his vision of serving others into tangible, life-changing experiences.
Jenifer Flores
Director of Programs
Jenifer Flores, Director of Programs at New U, leads initiatives that empower individuals to realize their full potential. Drawing on her Peruvian heritage, medical and educational experience, and commitment to intercultural connection, she ensures participants have access to growth and equal opportunity. Under her leadership, New U has expanded programs in Tulsa and across Latin America, offering cohorts in both English and Spanish, in-person and online.

Director of Operations
Allison Irby Vu, our Director of Operations, brings a deep-rooted commitment to equity, care, and community into every facet of her work. A mother, strategist, and builder, her journey through social impact, non-traditional education, financial planning, and operational management reflects her belief that systems should serve people—not the other way around. Her leadership ensures New U runs with purpose, precision, and a steadfast focus on human development.
